What is covered:
We guarantee that the product(s) you order from Bonusprint will reach you in perfect condition, without damage. Our products are checked and carefully packaged at the factory to ensure they arrive as you would expect.
What isn’t covered:
We can only print the images or text that you upload to us, therefore our no quibble guarantee cannot and does not cover the resolution (quality) and crop of the image(s) or any typographical errors in text you choose for your order(s).
If you are not satisfied:
Please contact our customer care within 14 days of the invoice date. We will reprint your product free of charge or issue a refund. Please note, where we reprint your order, we cannot modify the original order details (including the images used and delivery address etc). We reserve the right to ask you to return the product(s) you are not satisfied with to us, which will allow us to improve our processes and quality to ensure future customer satisfaction.

Bonusprint takes great care to package our products securely for shipping. Unfortunately, postal services don’t always take the same care and goods can sometimes be damaged during delivery. Please examine all goods upon receipt and notify customer care immediately of any damage so we can deal with the problem for you.
