  1.  How long will it take for me to receive my order?

 
  We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to despatch our products to you. You may
receive parts of your order separately as some items take longer to produce
than others. We aim to deliver to UK addresses within the number of working days (excludes weekends) below but please allow longer for delivery outside the UK. Non-delivery of orders should be notified within 14 days of the expected date based on the table below:

  Our desktop software and browser upload system allows customers to use separate billing and shipping addresses.

 
  4. I haven't received the products I ordered. What should I do?
 
  If your products haven't arrived after the relevant period of time, please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding any packages for you. Otherwise, please email us with your order number and full address.
