1. Why should I use Bonusprint to create personalised photo cards?

Created by you and printed by Bonusprint on the highest quality card stock.

Any occasion is an excuse to send a greetings card, be it personalised invitations, birthday cards, wedding invitations, moving home, birth announcements or simply a thank-you card. Friends and family overseas will especially appreciate a personalised card bearing your own special photograph.

Greetings cards measurements are:

- A6: 5.8"x 4.1" (105mm x 148mm)
- A5: 8.2"x 5.8" (148mm x 210mm)
- A4: 8.2" x 11.7" (210mm x 297mm)

2. How do I order photo cards and is there a choice of fonts and frames?

To order greetings cards, postcards, note cards or gift tags all you have to do is upload your photos using our browser upload system. You can also order greetings cards via our “Web Album” facility.

Your photograph will be printed on the front of the card together with any text you may wish to add, for example, "Happy Birthday Jessica". On the inside of the photo card or the back of the postcard, you can type your personal message such as, "To Jessica, with love on your 18th Birthday, from Auntie Sue and Uncle Mark". There is also a choice of colours, fonts and frames.

As well as using your own digital photos, you can also order personalised cards using one of our professional images from our Card Gallery.

Envelopes are provided with personalised greetings cards and note cards only.

3. How much do the personalised photo cards cost?

4. How long will it take for my personalised photo cards to be delivered?

We aim to deliver your personalised postcards, greetings cards, note cards, business cards or gift tags to you within five working days of placing your order with us.

5. I would like to send my photo cards to a close friend or relative. What should I do?

Our browser upload system allows customers to use separate billing and delivery addresses.

6. How do I pay?

You can pay by MasterCard, Visa or Switch cards via our secure online payment system. For our photo cards price guide please click here.

7.What is the "description" for?

The description field in the photo cards editor is to allow you to identify customised cards in your online shopping basket, as you can have many customised cards using the same uploaded image. This Description is not added to your card.

8. Can I send my cards directly to friends and family?

We now give you the option to send your greetings cards and postcards directly to your friends and family anywhere in the world! You can add as many recipients as you want.
Please note that you can only send one card at a time using this option. If you wish to send more than one card to the same recipient then use the "Different Delivery Address Required" option. Click here for a step by step guided tour

9. What is the difference between "Delivery Address", "Invoice Address", "Send Directly to the Recipient" and "Different Delivery Address Required"?

Delivery Address: This is the address used to deliver products back to you, this defaults to the invoice address unless you enter a different delivery address.

Invoice Address: This is the address of the credit card holder and will be used as the delivery address, for products to be delivered to you, unless a separate delivery address is entered.

Send Directly to the Recipient: Some products have the option to send directly to a specific address or list of addresses, these addresses are entered at the point of creating the product. This address is used for delivering this product regardless of invoice or delivery address. Click here for a screenshot.

Different Delivery Address Required: When entering your invoice address you have the option to state that a different delivery address is required, this is only available if your order contains products that are to be delivered to you.
