cropping centred - meaning the same amount on both sides? |

| Yes, the cropping is centred. The white margins
that appear if the image doesn't have the same height to width ratio as the print will have the same width on either side of the image. |

provide a retouching service? |

| We do not provide this service. If you wish
to have your images manipulated, you will have to do so yourself using
software such as Jasc Paintshop, Adobe Photoshop or try an online
service like Fixmyphotos.com
or Bellamax.com.

3. How do I obtain the images from my digital camera? |
|||||
| The best option is to use the software received
with the digital camera to transfer your images to your computer. If that's
not possible, you can also send us your memory card. If you do choose
to do so, please use registered post sending us the card, a covering note
with the details of the order and a cheque to cover the price of processing. |
