  1. I ordered a conventional print from a digital image and the result has white borders. Why?

 
  Digital images sometimes have a smaller width than images taken from conventional film cameras. That is why we have introduced three different formats, "conventional" "digital" and "traditional", each adapted to its respective image size. If you choose to have an image taken from a digital camera printed on a conventional format print, you may receive a print containing white margins on either side due to the smaller width of the source image. Our software preview screen will indicate if white borders will appear. You can then crop or choose a different print width. Click here for more details.

  We are sorry but once your order has been sent, it cannot be modified. Please send a second order with the additional images.

 
  3. Can I cancel an order that I sent by mistake a few hours / days ago?

 
  Please contact us to try to resolve the problem. It is not always possible to intercept the orders as they go through the printing process very quickly.

 
  4. I wish to check the status of my order. How can I do so?

 
  Please contact a customer service representative with your order confirmation number and we will track the order for you.

 
  5. Are there any other ways apart from uploading via internet to send you my images?

 
  You can also order images by sending us a CD, DVD or a memory card containing your images.

 
  6. Can I use any software apart from Bonusprint Digital Photo Service to send you my images?

  7. How do I know if my order has been received?

  You will know your order has been received when you receive your order confirmation number sent by email after the order has been transmitted. If a long span of time elapses from the time of your initial order and no email confirmation order has been received, please call us to check the situation.

 
  8. Is there a limit to the number of files I can send via your software?  
  No, you can send in as many images as your require.

 
9.  Do I need any specific piece of software to send you my photographs?

 
  You can download Bonusprint Photo Service which you can do free of charge from our web site. It is compatible with most major operating systems.You can also use our web album or your web browser to upload images for printing: please click here for more details.


 
10. What should I do to get my images ready before uploading?  
  The images should be transformed into a format we accept i.e. JPEG, TIFF, BMP, or FlashPix.

 
11. The program dies while uploading images. What is the status of my order?

 
  If you have not received an email from Bonusprint confirming your order, you will not have been charged and you will need to start the ordering process again. If you have not received an email from us, please check your Spam folder in case the email has arrived there. If in doubt, please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to inform you whether we have received the order.

 
12. Can I get discounts for large orders?  
 

We have introduced banded pricing to ensure that the more you send, the less you spend.

 
13. Can I send a CD/DVD or a zip containing my photos?  
  You can send us a CD, DVD or a memory card, if you wish to do so. Please click here to obtain instructions on how to do this.
