Download Microsoft Silverlight; the
browser will prompt you to either run or save the installation file (Silverlight.exe).
Click Run to start the download. When the download is finished, the browser prompts
you again to run the installer. Click Run to start the installation. Note that you require administrative privileges onyour PC to install Silverlight. |

Download Microsoft Silverlight; click on the link to start. Once the
download is
finished, the browser will warn you that Silverlight.dmg contains
an
application. To proceed with the installation, click Continue. |

Download Microsoft Silverlight; click on the link to start. Save Silverlight.dmg
to your hard disk. Once the download is finished, click Open. Double-click
Silverlight.pkg. |

Tips on installing Silverlight
|

Windows 7 & Vista: You will be prompted for security permissions and will need to click Approve these to continue. Click 'Install now' after reviewing the license agreement and privacy statement. If you have had a previous version of Silverlight installed, or are using Mozilla Firefox, you will need to restart your browser.
Google Chrome: There are several compatibility issues between Google Chrome and Microsoft Silverlight.
Mac OS: Unfortunately Silverlight 3.0 does not support Power PC users. The installer will warn you that "This package contains a program that determines if the software can be installed." Click Continue.
- On the Introduction page, click Continue.
- On the Select Destination page, select the destination volume for Silverlight, and then click Continue.
- On the Installation Type page, click Install.
- You will be prompted to authenticate. Enter your Administrator user name and password. Click OK to continue.
- On the Finish Up page, click Close to exit the installer.
- Restart your browser and Verify

2. How long do you keep "saved projects"?
|
|
|
|
Saved projects using our online Photo Book editor will be kept for 30 days from when they were last accessed.
