1. Which
photo should I use? |

| The quality of the photo gift is directly
linked to the quality of the image, therefore the sharper the image the
better the picture we put onto the picture gift. For photo mugs, photo mouse mats, pictures on t-shirts, poster size prints, canvas prints, picture on a puzzle or jigsaw you should set your camera to the maximum resolution/size settings. Note: If they are not your photos, always obtain signed permission of the owner of the photograph for the purposes of copyright. |

long will it take to receive my photo gift? |

Photo cards Note: If you have placed your order by sending us a CD or memory card then you have to allow for the fact that incoming post takes about a week.

Our prices are exactly the same whether you order online by downloading Bonusprint digital photo software, using our browser upload system or send in a CD or memory card.

6. Can I
return a personalised gift? |
|||||
Personalised photo gifts cannot be returned. However, if your photo gift is not 100% defect-free in workmanship you may return it in new condition with its original packaging for a full refund.

have a separate shipping address from my billing address? |

Bonusprint allows customers to use separate billing and shipping addresses.
