Your photos are important to you, and that’s a good enough reason to use them to bring life to any space. Plus, there are so many fun and unique ways to display your photo prints at home. This week we decided to build a beautiful wall hanging. We created this short video clip to help you begin your masterpiece:ll
You will need:
Small branches
String
Pegs
Scissors
Hammer
Tack nail/hook
PRINTS (in a variety of sizes and formats including gloss or matt)
How do I make it?
1. Pick your favourite prints– we selected prints that had a nature theme and matched well with the rustic branches, but you can choose anything
2. Cut a few pieces of string at random lengths and tie your branches together (if using multiple branches). Tie a longer piece of string to each end of the branch to create a triangle hanging system.
3. Peg your prints, to the downward hanging string, in any order you want
4. Use a hammer to secure your tack nail or hook to the wall and hang! P.S Why not try attaching your hook to the ceiling for a floating mobile effect?
And voila! You are now the proud owner of a wonderful photo wall hanging that will instantly brighten up your space (and might even make the perfect housewarming gift for a friend).
