You’ve said your vows, heard the speeches, and now you want something to remember it by. Creating a beautiful wedding photo book is the finishing touch to your wedding day. We’ve got lots of tips for creating a photo book that you’ll love looking back on for years to come and it will also make a thoughtful gift for your family and brand new in-laws.

Add quotes and poems

Add some romantic poems and quotes to your photo book. We love how they give the photos even more meaning and will also look gorgeous, as we have over 50 fonts to choose from.

Get creative

We’re constantly updating our photo book design features, like the clip art, backgrounds and frames and have a selection of wedding-themed ones. Add them to your photo book for a quirky touch.

Plan the photos

Wedding album ideas chronology

Organise your photos into a coherent order. We think the best way to do it, is chronological. If your wedding photos feature everything from the ceremony, to the first dance and all the way to cutting the cake then it will feel like you’re reliving the day every time you look back on your photo book.

Choose a cover

The front of your photo book is very important and we have lots of wedding photo album cover ideas. Use a photo of the happy couple, or if you prefer more scenic photos use a shot of the location on the front. Add the date and your names to make it extra special.

Use group shots

Before the wedding, speak to the photographer and ensure they take a group photo of everyone attending the wedding so that when you look back you can remember who came. This will look amazing in a layflat book, spread across two pages.

Caption that

Add captions to some of the photos to further capture the moment. Perhaps a quote from the best man’s speech or a snippet from the vows could be used.

Don’t stop there

If you’re jetting off on an exotic honeymoon (or if you’re celebrating closer to home), why not create a second photo book of the post-wedding celebrations.
