How does the promotion work?
Please read the voucher that you have purchased carefully, as the available options may differ per voucher. Some vouchers include the gloss option or free shipping, which you can find in the terms and conditions of each offer. Lay-flat can always be added at an extra cost. Each voucher code can be used only once and is valid on 1 photo book. Any remaining balance cannot be split across transactions or refunded.
How do I create a photo book with my voucher?
You can easily create a personal photo book in 4 steps:
2. Choose your preferred size, the number of pages and the type of (photo) cover (softcover or hardcover).
3. Select the (linen or leather) cover of your choice during the ordering process (if you have not previously opted for a photo cover).
4. Enter the voucher code* during the ordering process.
*Please don’t confuse the voucher code with your order number, which always starts with SBP- or BP-.
How do I redeem my voucher?
Make sure you’re following all the right steps to get your discount! For this, we would like to refer you to “How can I apply my promotion code”. If you are unable to enter your voucher code, please contact our customer service team prior to ordering – they’ll be happy to assist.
Do bonusprint vouchers have an expiry date?
Yes, the expiry date is listed at the bottom of the PDF that you will have received via e-mail, so make sure you create and order your photo book before that date! If you experience any difficulties in using the voucher, it’s important to let us know well in advance of the expiry date.
My voucher expired and I forgot to use it. What happens now?
Voucher expiration dates are clearly stated on each offer and on each voucher, so pay attention and use your vouchers before they expire. Once a voucher expires it is no longer valid and has no value.
Can I use my voucher on a previously placed order?
The promotional code on the voucher cannot be used on previously placed orders and cannot be combined with any other discount codes or gift vouchers.
What happens if I spend less than the value of my voucher?
Of course you can spend less than the value of your voucher. You can do so by having less pages or not selecting a certain option (such as a photo cover). But keep in mind that by doing so, you are not using the full discount and any unused balance will be lost.
What happens if I spend more than the value of my voucher?
If you’re spending more than the value of your gift voucher (e.g. by adding more pages or selecting the lay-flat option), you’ll need to pay the extra using a credit or debit card (or PayPal) in the usual way.
Can I use multiple vouchers?
Yes, you can! If you have multiple vouchers, you’ll need to place (multiple) separate orders – you need to place as many orders as you have vouchers. You can only use one voucher code per order.
Can I get a discount on shipping if I use multiple vouchers?
As you can only use one voucher per order, a discount on shipping is not possible.
Can I have lay-flat premium, instead of a glossy pages?
If your voucher includes gloss, but you don’t want this, then you can substitute this for lay-flat or additional pages. Keep in mind that you do need to select all the options you want before going to check-out. At check-out the total value of the voucher is deducted from the total amount (excluding shipping) of your order. Please note that lay-flat premium is not available for our portrait and landscape XL photo books.
What do I do if I haven’t received my voucher?
Please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder to see if our voucher -email landed there instead of reaching your inbox. If you’re a Gmail user, please check your “Promotions” tab. If you still can’t find the voucher email, contact us and we’ll help you out.
What do I do if I have lost my voucher?
Please don’t worry if you have accidentally deleted or lost your voucher – we can re-send if you contact our customer service team with your order number.
