What are the delivery times?

Below, you can check the estimated delivery time for each of our products. Because their production times vary, different products have different estimated delivery times.

We begin production on the first working day after we receive payment for your item.

Check your order status

To check the status of an individual order, just sign in to your account.

Ordering several products

If you order more than one product at once, we may ship them together. This depends on which products you order but if we do ship your items in one package, the estimated delivery time is whichever product takes the longest.

For example, if you ordered photo books and prints, the estimated delivery time would be 6-8 working days.

Who delivers my item?

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to deliver our products to you.

My payment failed, what can I do?

If you weren’t able to pay your order, you’ll receive an automatic email reminder stating that the payment was unsuccessful. If you wish to proceed with the order, click on the payment link in the email and enter your payment details.

You haven’t received any email? Please contact our customer service. They’ll be happy to help with your order.

How can I track the status and progress of my order?

To help you stay informed you can view the status of your order on your personal bonusprint page. It also displays an overview of all previous orders created with us.

To access your personal page please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the home page of our website www.bonusprint.co.uk
2. Click on ‘What is my order status?’ at the right of the webpage.
3. If you have never activated your personal page, click on ‘Send email’ to receive the activation link. If you have already done this, simply login with your email address and password.
4. Go to your email inbox and click on the link you received.
5. A new window will open confirming that your account is activated. Click on ‘My personal bonusprint page’ to view the status of your last order.
6. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for despatch.

How can I apply my promotion code?

The promotional code is entered during the ordering procedure after creating your product. To start designing your project, please go to our website, choose the product you would like to create – and in the case of Photo Books – click on ‘Create your book now’ for the download version or use the online Photo Book creator.

After you have finished creating your product, click ‘Order’.

For Photo Books, once you click ‘Order’ you will go through the process of adding any extras like gloss or additional copies. Once this has been confirmed, you will have to login or register as a new customer if this is your first order.

Once you enter your address and delivery details you will reach your ‘Order Placed’ section. Enter the promotion code in the relevant field. Click the green button ‘Validate’ and check whether your discount was deducted from the total price near the bottom of the page before clicking ‘Confirm & Continue’. In the case of a 2-for-1 promotion, you will need to make your product and ensure a quantity of 2 is entered in the checkout before the code can be applied.

On the next page, pay the balance (if necessary) with Paypal or a credit card. As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be placed into production.

Please note: discounts cannot be given at a later stage when no code was entered at the time of ordering. It is important to note that the promotion can only be applied once; when changes are made after entering a promotional code, the code will no longer be valid. If a code is not working, please contact us before paying for your order.

How do I view and share my photo book online?

Would you like to share your photo book online with friends and family? Once you’ve ordered your photo book you can request an online version completely free of charge! This can then be shared directly on Facebook, Twitter, your blog or via e-mail. It’s completely safe, you control who gets to see your photo book online and you are free to delete it at any time.

1. Go to your order status page
Head to your order status and login with your credentials.

2. Request for an online version of your photo book
Select the order ID and click ‘Receive online version’ next to the photo book you’d like to have online. Once your online photo book is ready you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to your book (this can take up to 24 hours). When you return to your order status later, you’ll find a permanent link to the online version next to the book you selected.

3. Happy with your book? Start sharing it!
To start sharing with friends and family, simply click on one of the ‘share’ buttons below your photo book. It’s that easy!

How & where do I find the online version of my photo book later?
1.) You will always find the link to your online photo book in your order status page.
2.) The link is also in the confirmation e-mail of your online photo book.
3.) Bookmark the link to your photo book in your favourites. That way you’ll always be able to find your photo book easily!

How can I delete the online version of my photo book?
Go to your order status page and click on Share online version. On the next page, underneath the photo book, you will see a button to delete the online version of your photo book. You will receive a confirmation by email once this has been processed. After deletion, you can always request it again by going back to the order status page and click on Request online version.

Please note that the online photo book link isn’t available for iPads as they don’t support Adobe Flash. We suggest that you use your regular PC or a Mac computer.
