What are the delivery times?

Below, you can check the estimated delivery time for each of our products. Because their production times vary, different products have different estimated delivery times. We begin production on the first working day after we receive payment for your item.

To check the status of an individual order, just sign in to your account.

Ordering several products

If you order more than one product at once, we may ship them together. This depends on which products you order but if we do ship your items in one package, the estimated delivery time is whichever product takes the longest.

For example, if you ordered photo books and prints, the estimated delivery time would be 6-8 working days.

Who delivers my item?

Wall art formats 70×70, 80×80, 100×70 / 70×100, 120×80 / 80×120 and 100×100 are delivered by UPS.
All other formats wall art and the rest of our products are delivered by Royal Mail. We may use other local carriers available.

My payment failed, what can I do?

If you couldn’t pay your order, you’ll receive an automatic email reminder stating that you still have a product in your shopping basket. If you wish to proceed with the order, click on the ‘finish order’ button in the email and follow the steps to finish your order. If you don’t want to proceed with the order, you can ignore this reminder email.

When the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email stating that we will start producing your order.

You can always check the status of your order in your account.

You haven’t received any email? Please contact customer service team. They’ll be happy to help with your order.

How can I apply my promotional code?

1. During the creation of your product you will see the standard price in the online or offline creator tool (excluding any discount). Finish your product and click on ‘Order’.

2. First, you enter a page where you can choose some options for your product, like glossy pages.

3. In your shopping basket you’ll see an overview of your ordered product(s), the amount of copies and the total amount due. At the bottom left you will find the possibility to enter your promotional code:

4. Type the promotional code in the box (or copy and paste) and click on ‘submit’. If the code is valid for your products, the discount is immediately deducted! Has the promotional code been settled and have you checked the amount? Then click on ‘Continue’. You can finish your order.

Please note: Discounts cannot be given after paying the order and when no code was entered at the time of ordering.
If a code is not working, please contact our customer service team before paying for your order.

How can I view and share my photo book online?

Would you like to share your photo book online with friends and family? Once you’ve ordered your photo book you can request an online version completely free of charge! This can then be shared directly on Facebook, Twitter, your blog or via e-mail. It’s completely safe, you control who gets to see your photo book online and you are free to delete it at any time.

Please note that it is not possible to order the photo book through the online version. You can find more information about reordering your photo book here.

1. Go to your order status page

Head to your order status and login with your credentials.

2. Request for an online version of your photo book

Select the order number and click on ‘Request online version’ at the right. Once your online photo book is ready you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to your book (this can take up to 24 hours). When you return to your order status later, you’ll find a permanent link to the online version next to the book you selected.

3. Happy with your book? Start sharing it!

To start sharing with friends and family, simply click on one of the ‘share’ buttons below your photo book. It’s that easy!
Please note: do not use the link from the address bar to share your online book. If your friends receive this link, they can delete the online book. When you use the ‘share‘ buttons, they can only view it.

How & where do I find the online version of my photo book later?

1.) You will always find the link to your online photo book in your order status page.
2.) The link is also in the confirmation e-mail of your online photo book.
3.) Bookmark the link to your photo book in your favourites. That way you’ll always be able to find your photo book easily!

How can I delete the online version of my photo book?

Go to your order status page and click on ‘View online version‘. On the next page, underneath the photo book, you will see a button to delete the online version of your photo book. You will receive a confirmation by e- mail once this has been processed. After deletion, you can always request it again by going back to the order status page and clicking on ‘Request online version‘.

Please note that the online photo book link isn’t available for iPads as they don’t support Adobe Flash. We suggest that you use your regular PC or a Mac computer.
