The website said my order wouldn't be dispatched until two months later. But within a week or ten days or so it had already arrived.

Creation and delivery of calendar was all good. Only problem I experienced was at one point I thought I had lost the work on the calendar I had done. On contacting help they suggested a few reasons for this, one of them being that the best browser for the online editor is chrome. When I used Chrome that did solve the problem and I was able to complete the calendar and get it ordered and delivered

I designed two calendars for gifts for my two children. The first calendars that were delivered weren't great. The photos and set up were perfect - exactly what I wanted - but the binding was terrible. As we turned pages, they just fell out. I wrote to Bonusprint to tell them and they were brilliant. They sent out replacement calendars, albeit a month later which meant that January just wasn't used, which were perfect. They don't fall apart now. I would use Bonusprint again because the customer care was so good when their product wasn't up to scratch. They resolved the problem pretty quickly and I am extremely happy with the products I have now.
