Retention periods
We use retention periods for all the personal data that we process. Our retention periods strike a balance between availability of our services and privacy regulations as required by GDPR legislation. Below are the retention periods that are currently in place with regard to account and order data and photos. These periods are subjected to change.

Customer carts are deleted after 30 days of inactivity;

Photos uploaded to online editors and non-photobook products that were not ordered are deleted when the account gets deleted;

Photos uploaded to online editors and photobook products that were not ordered are deleted when the account gets deleted;

Photo organizer accounts are deleted after 14 months of inactivity;

Anonymous photos (uploaded without login to account) (non-App) are deleted after 30 days of inactivity;

Anonymous photos (uploaded without login to account) (App) are deleted after 12 months of inactivity;

Photos uploaded to online editors that were used for ordered products are deleted after 24 months of inactivity;

Widgets are deleted after 6 months after last viewed;

Client editor books that were not ordered are deleted when the customer’s cart is deleted;

Document files (pdf) of non-photobook products that were ordered are deleted when the account is deleted;

Document files (pdf) of photobook products that were ordered are deleted together with the relevant account;

Accounts and all related customer contact details are deleted after 5 years since last placed order.
In addition we delete your personal data without undue delay upon your request, unless we are under a legal obligation to retain these. Please note we will not be able to reprint your order after your account has been deleted.
