No Quibble - Policy Overview

Bonusprint produces photo products of the highest quality. Our aim is always 100% customer satisfaction.

What is covered:

We guarantee that the product(s) you order from Bonusprint will reach you in perfect condition, without damage.
Our products are checked and carefully packaged at the factory to ensure they arrive as you would expect.

What isn’t covered:

We can only print the images or text that you upload to us, therefore our no quibble guarantee cannot and does not cover the resolution (quality)
and crop of the image(s) or any typographical errors in text you choose for your order(s). You can use our quality chart as a guide to decide if
your image resolution is suitable for your chosen print size

If you are not satisfied:

Please contact our customer care within 14 days of the invoice date. We will reprint your product free of charge or make a refund.
Please note, where we reprint your order, that we cannot modify the original order details (including the images used and delivery address etc).
We reserve the right to ask you to return the product(s) you are not satisfied with to us, which will allow us to improve our processes and quality
to ensure future customer satisfaction.


Help us to please you - some tips!

For high quality prints, we need our customers to upload photos of sufficient resolution for the size of print you wish to order.
If you see the following warning icons in the Bonusprint software or basket, please don’t ignore the warning!

If this icon appears please upload a photo of a higher resolution for your product.
The higher the resolution of photos uploaded, the lower the risk of blurred prints

If this icon appears, ensure you have cropped your images from within the shopping basket
to your specifications (if you do not want the standard centralised crop). If you have heavily cropped
your image, please check for resolution warnings once you have saved your cropped image

If you choose to continue ignoring the warnings, you risk that the print quality will not be to your satisfaction,
which Bonusprint cannot be responsible for.

take the same care and goods can sometimes be damaged during delivery. Please examine all goods upon receipt and
