At bonusprint, we see International Women’s Day as a great opportunity to celebrate both the women who work here and the women who support us. Every year we like to swap stories of inspiring women and tell each other about the women in our lives who have made a difference.

To celebrate this year we want to see photos of you with a woman who inspires you. Tell us why she inspires you and you could get the photo printed on a wall art…

Contest details

To celebrate the inspiring women in our lives we’re launching our International Women’s Day competition. Starting on March 5th and running until 23:59 on March 8th 2018, you can enter on Facebook or Instagram.

To participate and be in with a chance to win a wall art, all you have to do is post a photo of you and a woman (or women) who inspire(s) you and write a few lines explaining why you’re inspired by them. You can post that photo on:

  • Our Facebook Page’s timeline
  • As a comment on our Facebook post, which we’ll publish on the 8th of March
  • On Instagram, making sure you tag our Instagram profile in your post – @bonusprint_uk

The person with the most likes and comments will win. For more information you can read our terms and conditions.

Please note that your photo should be relatively high resolution so that when it is printed on a wall art it doesn’t come out blurred.

Some inspiration

To get you started and maybe give you some ideas, some bonusprint staff have shared their own stories and photos of inspiring women.

Alan, Senior content specialist and his girlfriend

“Marisa is ready for any challenge we set ourselves, her drive and motivation to conquer anything that lies ahead is amazing.”

Alexandra, Designer and her niece

“Although still not a grown-up woman, my niece – with her five years of wisdom, has inspired me to be as confident, fun, positive and overall fantastic as she is. Love her to pieces, and I look forward to seeing her grow up and conquer the world.”

Danny, Database administrator and his mum

“My mum inspires me a lot to do more professionally and to become more successful but to also enjoy my social life. She is the kindest person I know and I have so much respect for her as she never has a bad word to say about anyone. Truly a wonder woman, I have no idea how she finds the energy to do everything she does, she should get more recognition for just being her.”

Ale, Content specialist and his cousin

“Me and my cousin Lilian have shared a lifetime together and yet, after all these years I’m still amazed by her sheer grit and determination. She inspires me to dream big, work hard and stand up for myself and my loved ones.”

Hariya, SEA specialist and her mother-in-law

“Afifa, my mother-in-law, inspires me a lot with her courageous, confident and selfless character. She has been an active member of an organisation that fights for women and children’s rights in Afghanistan for many years while putting her own life in danger. They provided shelter, food, jobs and education to the women and children that lost everything because of the wars. Now that she is retired she has devoted almost her entire free time to be a full time nanny for my son so one can imagine how grateful I am of her.”

Sarah, Copywriter and her sister

“My older sister Lisa might live on a different continent to me but she still finds the time to talk to me every day. I know no one with as much energy as her and she constantly inspires me to try harder at everything. Especially running.”
